Program Manager, Residential Services (QDDP)

United Cerebral Palsy Heartland is seeking a dedicated individual for our Residential Services Department. At United Cerebral Palsy Heartland, we’re dedicated to life without limits for people with disabilities.

The Program Manager acts as the department’s primary advocate for each consumer receiving residential services. Responsibilities include: Coordination and implementation of the Person Centered Plan process for each consumer; programmatic oversight and monitoring for each consumer’s Person Centered Plan; direct supervision of Residential Coordinators; provides programmatic training to Residential Services employees as necessary. Provides direct care to the consumer if such assistance is necessary.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work or a related field (QDDP designation extremely helpful)
Three years of supervisory experience
At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or severe physical disabilities
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Ability to be on call
