ABA Implementer

 Full Service educational consulting company is seeking interns and employees in the St. Louis Metro Area to work one-on-one with children with special needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorders, ages 2-12.  
Interns ages 18 and older with a high school or college degree will be eligible for employment after 20 hours of completed internship.  
Starting pay for employees is $12/hr and will be adjusted according to experience.  Pay may be increased to $25/hr with significant experience and good performance. 
Flexible hours to meet the needs of your schedule
Hours available weekdays, evenings, and weekends. 
Background check and/or references required. 

QUALIFICATIONS 
Required
Strong Desire to help Children with Special Needs
Outgoing, & Fun-Loving Demeanor
Is Physically Able to lift young children, and play actively with children of all ages
Detailed-oriented/Able to multi-task easily
Can remain calm and patient during scenarios when problem behaviors occur
Follows Specific and Detailed Treatment Plans
Has Experience working with Children
Has a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Has a Clean Background Check/No Criminal Record
Can commit to Regularly Scheduled Hours
Takes accurate notes and data
Has reliable transportation
Is willing to drive to client homes

Preferred
A Bachelor's degree
Experience working with children with special needs
Moderate to high comfort level using computers, touch tablets, and/or iTouches
