Graphic Art Designer

McGowan Crain, a full-service marketing firm, is currently looking for ambitious, talented designers interested in testing their skills through a comprehensive internship program within the agency. Qualifying candidates will work alongside both senior art directors and creative personnel and gain hands-on experience producing materials for both local and national clientele. �Interns will be involved�in all stages of the project, from initial concepts, to the completion of a finished product. Projects may involve working with one or more of the following media:

• In-store / retail consumer communications (on- & off-premise);
• sales force communications;
• television and radio;
• Internet/social media;
• direct mail;
• posters;
• training videos;
• multimedia Cds.

Skills/Qualifications: Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Handskills and Strategic Thinking

Computer Software:� Mac, design software; know the difference between a PDF and an EPS; understand HTML, CSS and Flash, Desktop Publishing Tools, understanding html and flash a bonus, not a must, Also, MUST be very proficient in Illustrator CS5 and Photoshop CS5
