The Rockwood School District is seeking an outstanding educator for the position of Activity Director of Marquette High School. This position is responsible for organizing and supervising all extracurricular activities including athletic programs and events, and assists the principal with the day-to-day operation of the school.
Located in Chesterfield, Missouri, the Marquette staff works together with parents and community, to educate and challenge all students to achieve their full potential. Marquette High is known for its strong academic and extra-curricular activity programs. With a strong focus on Advanced Placement courses, Marquette is consistently recognized for academic achievement in the areas of ACT, SAT, MAP and National Merit Scholars.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
· Master’s degree in Athletic Administration or Secondary Administration.
· Must possess a valid Missouri teaching certificate, grades 7 - 12.
· Three to five years classroom experience at the appropriate grade levels.
· Three to five years coaching/activity experience.
· Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
