FOX KRBK has an immediate opening for a Local Sales Manager who will lead, motivate, and inspire our Account Executives to exceed revenue goals across multiple platforms. • Work with GM to hire, coach, train, counsel and motivate sales team.
• Oversee efforts of sales team by building relevant sales packages, reviewing sales proposals, attend sales meetings with AE’s, and negotiating with clients.
• Create, grow and strengthen relationships with ad agencies and local advertiser contacts.
• Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.
• Analyze and report to upper management regarding station and market revenue activity.
• Attain overall revenue and market share goals.
• Assist in the management of the sales team to maximize revenues through inventory management and serving customer needs.
