The database allows our customers to find critical materials information that is otherwise very difficult and time consuming to obtain. Details can be found at www.keytometals.com. Job Description: Part-time Service Representative 100 to 200 North American manufacturers register with Key to Metals each month. The Service Representative will establish contact with these individuals by phone and email with the primary objective of setting up a free test account (with no obligations) to allow the customer to evaluate the Key to Metals database. The Service Representative will maintain contact with the client over several weeks to learn more about the customer and determine the level of interest in purchasing an annual subscription. Qualifications � Effective listening and communication skills (verbal & written) � Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office � Able to work independently with some direction � Comfortable communicating with professionals over the telephone � Desire and ability to learn modes amount of technical information (training is provided) � Available 10 to 20 hours per week Compensation & Benefits:
