Operations Supervisor

Weekends Only has an immediate opening for an Operations Supervisor at our Bridgeton location.

This position is responsible for providing clear direction and support to direct reports for maximum productivity and at the same time providing a prompt and pleasant experience for our customers when picking up, returning, or delivering merchandise; provide 1st time pickup/delivery success for our customers; maintain the security of the company’s facility and its assets; move products safely, quickly and accurately; manage goods returned, ensure against unnecessary loss of profitability due to further damage, avoid delays in making the goods saleable, or loss of inventory control.

Qualified candidates for this position should possess:

Ø Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year; 2-3 years desirable)

Ø Excellent customer service skills and communication skills

Ø Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and previous experience with inventory control software.

Ø Internal candidates must be fully trained in current WEO standard operational procedures

Ø Understanding of HR policies and procedures and proven ability to apply them

Ø Ability to lead teams to achieve results through assigning, delegating, and holding others accountable

Ø Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures

Ø Ability to gain product knowledge sufficient to determine optimal disposition of returned goods

Ø Degree or equivalent of work experience
