Office Manager Assistant: Temporary (possible Permanent)

Clayton Real Estate Management Firm looking for Full-Time Temporary Office Manager Assistant during an employee's maternity leave.  Depending on performance, a permanent position may be offered at the end of the temporary term (March-May).  

Office Manager Assistant would report directly to the Office Manager whose overall responsibility is to maintain a professional work environment and administrative support to an office staff of over ten individuals.  Tasks will include:  answering multi-line phone system, file management (both paper and electronic), opening and sorting incoming mail, creation of memos, letters and other communications, data entry, bank deposits, assisting with any event coordination. mass mailings, misc. projects that require strong background knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. 

Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills, effective verbal and listening communication skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy, very effective organizational skills, effective written communications skills, computer skills and time management skills. 

Office Hours:  Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
