Weekends Only has an opening for a Senior Buyer at our Corporate office.

Senior Buyers at Weekends Only work Monday through Friday, striving to ensure attainment of corporate sales objectives through a satisfactory in stock condition of all planned merchandise in the right amount, at the right time, and at the right price within the approved inventory budgets; always keeping in mind our mission to pass incredible deals along to our customers and ultimately save them money. The Senior Buyer also manages and develops the support team to meet and exceed Weekends Only’s goals.

Qualified candidates for this position�will have:�
�

ؠProven experience in management and meeting company objectives and goals

ؠExcellent communication and negotiating skills

ؠProven experience in developing talent and managing a team

ؠExcellent computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook and inventory management software

ؠStrong math and analytical skills

ؠ5 to 10 years previous buying experience with responsibilities for selection of products, turn, margins, sales volume, GMROI.
