Part Time Call Center Specialist

Weekends Only has immediate openings for Part-time Call Center Specialist at our QCC located at the Bridgeton location.

The Part-time Call Center Specialist will answer every customer call professionally in a welcoming manner to ensure that all WEO Customers receive the most courteous care and the fastest problem resolution. Perform complex troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues in a call center environment as well as following all Company processes and procedures to ensure efficient processing of all POS transactions.

Qualified candidates for this position should possess:

Required:

Ø 1 – 3 years experience working in a retail or call center environment, responsible for communicating directly with customers

Ø Good problem solving skills: able to solve situational problems using experience and trained techniques

Ø Excellent alpha-numeric data entry skills; good basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)

Ø Skilled at using computer software in a business environment, including Microsoft office suite and other company enterprise

Ø Knowledge of point of sale process, including credit transaction.

Ø Impeccable verbal communication skills and phone etiquette to interact with customers,

particularly the ability to listen with empathy and understand the customer’s situation

Ø Ability to meet and exceed customer needs through problem resolution techniques

Ø High School Diploma or GED

Ø Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer information

Desirable:

Ø 1-3 years of Call Center experience

Ø Experience with accounts receivable reconciliation

Ø Knowledge of basic general ledger accounting concepts

Ø Advanced problem solving skills: able to solve new problems using creativity and collaboration

Ø Willingness to grow and ability to lead others
