Weekends Only has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager at our Fairview Heights, IL location. This position is responsible for attaining sales goals through the leadership and supervision of team members, including use of the Customer Satisfaction System (CSS).�Creating engagement and long-term relationships with Associates and Customers.�Practicing daily WEO ’s values of and mission statement to “Save our Customers Money.”

Qualified candidates for this position should possess:
 2-3 years previous proven sales management experience
 Ability to lead a team to achieve sales objectives
 Above average communication skills
 Ability to make sound business decision in a fast paced environment
 Ability to follow proven processes and procedures
 Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
 Ability to adapt to change and react positively to business needs and changes
