TITLE: Marketing & Design Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
The Marketing Coordinator, an entry-level position, is responsible for coordinating various aspects of the marketing at Ces & Judy’s Catering. As an aid to the Marketing Manager, this person must be able to work collaboratively across departments to achieve completion of tasks related to marketing, sales and customer satisfaction. Implementation of marketing strategies with the assistance of the Marketing Manager is a crucial aspect to this position and includes but is not limited to the following: advertising, blogging, social media, graphic design work, brand awareness, customer service, newsletter creation and frequent review of website analytics. Administrative duties include billing, filing and payroll, among other general tasks.
ï‚· Maintain company Social Media and positive online presence through the company blog, monthly newsletters, press releases, etc.
ï‚· Design and analyze success of print and online advertisements
ï‚· Check stats regularly on Google Analytics, The Knot, Pinterest, etc.
ï‚· Work with Marketing Manager to create all marketing materials which may include business cards, brochures, signage, labels, menus, promotional products, among other design projects
ï‚· Design proposals and other client materials when requested
ï‚· Oversee incoming calls, track and filter appropriately
ï‚· Open and close the venue daily
ï‚· Attend bridal shows and industry events to represent the company, including evening and weekend events
ï‚· Prepare biweekly payroll summary sheets
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
Proficient at Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent graphic design capabilities
Pleasant phone voice
Ability to multi-task
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Flexibility with schedule
Desire to learn and grow in a rewarding environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Energetic and positive outlook
