Growing land development company is currently seeking a qualified candidate to manage their office activities.
The potential candidate must possess strong organization skills, accounting skills, and interpersonal skills. Two + years of accounting work experience and a working knowledge of practical related computer software needed.
The position requires complete handling of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operating routine, from phone calls and opening mail, to paying bills, recording and depositing cash receipts, entering transactions in the computer system, coordinating payroll, insurance, and taxes, tracking cash accounts to ensure that overdraft situations do not arise, maintaining files and records, and preparing correspondence. Additionally, advertising and marketing skills would be a bonus, as well as knowledge of Sage Master Builder software.
