The Anderson Sales Training Program, Leadership Institute and Mentor Program will provide the support and development critical for the development of your sales career. This role is responsible for new business development within an assigned territory calling on B2B prospects utilizing a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities: Generate sales leads, present to corporate clients via face-to face meetings, increase the services provided on current accounts and selling all of the Anderson Pest Solutions’ services and products.
• Prospect, cold call and develop new business relationships via a geographic region
• Conduct thorough inspections of the potential customer’s business
• Prepare proposals specific to the potential customer’s needs in order for a successful close
• Stay up-to-date regarding product and industry knowledge
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
• Sales Aptitude and Self Motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic and creative thinking skills
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively influence others
• Bachelor Degree
• Dependable transportation and a clean driving record
