PFME Analyst (Advertising & Promotions Financial Analyst)-13004457
Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure (PFME) Analyst works as a business partner with Marketing to oversee and ensure end-to-end marketing spend process is both completed in a timely manner and accurately reported on the P&L. The position is a subject matter expert on Marketing spend and responsible for appropriately applying Marketing Investment Framework in accordance with Nestl� Accounting Standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Collaborate with Marketing brand team to produce and manage a brand (or SBU) marketing plan, which includes:
• Acting as central point of contact for multiple activity owners.
• Translating marketing promotions into a financial plan within SAP
• Cross functional collaboration with other departments, such as Purchasing, Market Research group, or factories.
Lead weekly/monthly status meetings with Marketing team to collectively review/revise brand marketing plans.
Collaborate with Marketing activity owners to review and validate cost estimates and verify if appropriately approved.
Provide ad-hoc analysis of specific promotional efforts and/or events as requested.
Provide accurate, clear, and timely reporting to Marketing teams identifying variances to plan and other potential issues.
Build/forecast accurate plan dates for each activity to ensure proper monthly accruals on P&L.
Enforce PFME Operating Standards in accordance with Nestl� Accounting Standards and advise Marketing partner on maintaining integrity of reported results.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
1+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, or successful completion of an accounting/finance related internship is required. SAP experience is preferred.
Requires strong analytical/problem solving skills; PC knowledge and proficiency are preferred, especially in Microsoft Excel.
