To apply to Fontbonne University's online Graduate Certificate in Reading program, complete these steps:

1. Complete and sign Graduate Certificate in Reading application (pdf 57K).
2. Send non-refundable application fee with application ($25 payable to Fontbonne University).
3. Forward Official Transcripts, from all colleges and universities attended, showing all degrees received.
4. Send three letters of reference, one of which is from a supervisor or recent academic advisor.
5. Complete and mail Letter of Self Statement: A letter of self-statement is required with your application for admission. Please use this as an opportunity to tell us about your academic achievements, work experience, reason for pursuing graduate study, and personal and professional goals. Please use a seperate sheet and enclose this statement with your completed application (Limit 300- 500 words).
