Make sure you are using your last name and first initial (lower case, no spaces) as the username. Your username may have a number appended to ensure uniqueness. If your username for your Fontbonne e-mail account included a number, then your Blackboard username will also include that same number.
Your password is the same as that for your Fontbonne e-mail.

If you have not yet set up your Fontbonne e-mail, your Blackboard password is your Fontbonne Student ID number.
