The Library loans laptops to faculty members for use in the classrooms. Each laptop has a CD-ROM/CD Writer/DVD-ROM combo drive, built-in wireless capability, and Microsoft Office. The Library also supplies faculty members with VGA cables to connect the Library's laptop (or their own laptop) to the LCD projectors located in the classrooms. Audio cables to connect the laptop to the speakers in the classroom are also available upon request.

Library laptops will be checked out only to current Fontbonne University faculty. If the faculty member cannot appear at the library in person to check out the laptop, he or she can delegate a student to do so, but the student must submit a written and signed request from the faculty member to do so. In such a case, the laptop will be checked out in the faculty member's name and the request will be filed. If a laptop is lost while it is checked out, the faculty member is responsible for replacement costs.

Laptops must be returned to the library by the end of the day -- NO EXCEPTIONS!
