The Fontbonne University men’s soccer team has announced its 2010 schedule which will kick-off on Thursday, September 2 when the Griffins host NCAA Division II member Maryville University at 7:30 pm.
Other highlights from Fontbonne’s non-conference schedule include participating in the Labor Day weekend Birmingham Southern Classic in Birmingham, Alabama. The Griffins will play Sewanee University and Birmingham Southern in that Classic. Fontbonne other non-conference road games send them to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and Illinois College. The Griffins will host Rhodes College, Augustana College, Washington University and Concordia-Moorhead College in the other non-conference matches.
Fontbonne opens their St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) schedule on Sept. 25th when they travel to Louisville, Kentucky to play Spalding University. This year in their SLIAC schedule, Fontbonne hosts defending SLIAC champ Greenville College as well as top programs such as Principia College and Westminster College.
