QUEST Phase 2
QUEST phase two is a semester-long phase focusing on Organization Development. This phase is a bi-weekly workshop series that addresses issues and challenges related organizational development. Students will meet with professional staff and student peers in a group discussion setting to learn about group development, interpersonal communication, conflict management, group leadership, marketing and promotions, and goal setting.
Students in phase two must complete four of the six workshops offered. While the phase can be completed in one semester, students will have the option to complete the phase at their own pace extending into the following semester or semesters as necessary. This Phase is highly recommended for students who currently hold or have an interest in holding a leadership position within a Registered Student Organization.
PHASE TWO REQUIREMENTS:
Participation in the QUEST kick-off reception (if not previously attended)
Completion of four Organizational Development Workshops
Phase TwoCompletion Interview with the Graduate Intern for Leadership Education and Development
Students who enroll and successful complete INT207: Leadership as Social Change may count that course as completion of Phase Two of QUEST.
