Student Government
Student Government Association (SGA)
SGA is the official body representing students on campus. SGA:
-
Acts as the official student voice on all student government issues
-
Represents the interests of the student body of Fontbonne University
-
Oversees the Fontbonne Activities Board (FAB), which implements and directs Fontbonne activities
-
Maintains sufficient student representation on all committees affecting student welfare to ensure student participation in all appropriate decision making processes.
All students who pay a student activity fee have the opportunity to elect SGA officers each spring. Senators, the voting members of SGA, are elected through academic departments, resident & commuter populations, and athletics.Even though senators are the only ones that can vote at meetings all students are welcome to attend.Meetings are held on alternative Wednesdays at 12:00pm in Medaille Hall on the 4th Floor.
