Apply For Housing
- Housing contracts are for the full academic year
- Housing deposit confirms a space in one of the halls
- Priority spaces assigned if deposit and application are received before May 1
- Pay housing deposit online @ www.fontbonne.edu/enrolldep then scan and email application contract and medical for to residentiallife@fontbonne.edu
- OR Send completed housing application contract with medical form and $200 (US) deposit to the Residential Life office
- Consideration is given to a request; however, the contract is for a space in university housing not a particular room or roommate.

Housing Deadlines
- May 1st- Priority Deadline for fall housing assignment
- June 1st - Deadline to cancel housing and receive a deposit refund must be in writing
- August 1st- Medical Form Deadline for Fall semester; deadline to receive Mumps & Meningitis vaccinations in home country-July 10
- December 1st- Priority Deadline for spring housing assignment; January 1st- Medical Form Deadline; Deadline to receive Mumps & Meningitis vaccinations in home country-November 10
- April 15th- Priority Deadline for summer housing assignment and medical form: Deadline to receive Mumps & Meningitis vaccinations in home country-April 10
- No refunds after deadlines.
- First time applicants cancelling before the deadline, receives a deposit refund less a $25.00 processing fee.
- The university housing application contract is for the full academic year (fall and spring). Residents must meet one of the cancellation criteria to be released early from a contract: official withdrawal from the university, graduation, dismissal from the residence hall or university, failure to make payments to the university when due, marriage, if fire or other casualty makes the room uninhabitable.
- If a student vacates university housing before the end of the contract and without written permission from the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs. The student is responsible for the remainder of the contractual time period. Anytime a student has the key to a room or has belongings in the room, the student is responsible for the rent of that space.
