Fontbonne students can receive medical care at several different facilities in the area around the campus. Whichever facility you choose, take your Fontbonne ID and insurance card with you to the appointment.
Southside Family Practice is located in the doctors' building of St. Mary's Health Center at 1031 Bellevue, Suite 280, St. Louis, MO 63117 (1/2 mile east of Big Bend Blvd. and south of Clayton Rd.). Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am-4 pm; Friday 8 am-3 pm. You must identify yourself as a Fontbonne student when you schedule an appointment by calling 314-647-9444. Take your Fontbonne ID and insurance card with you to the appointment.
The closest Walgreens Take Care Clinic located at 2401 S. Brentwood Blvd., Brentwood MO 63144. It is approximately 2.3 miles from the university near Litzsinger Rd. and Brentwood Blvd. Take Care Clinics are open 7 days including evenings & weekends. They take most insurance plans. Prescriptions are written when necessary. They have certified Take Care Nurse Practitioners on staff.
Concentra Urgent Care is located in midtown at 6726 Manchester Rd., St. Louis, MO 63139. The facility is open Monday through Friday, 8 am-6 pm. Most health insurance companies are accepted. Click on the name to reach their website that lists other locations and hours.
