Residence Halls

  • Three on-campus residence halls and one off-campus apartment building
  • Fall housing contracts are for the full academic year (fall and spring semesters)
  • Current residents have first choice to available spaces
  • Deadline for Priority Placement for New application/contracts with paid deposit - May 1
  • Room assignments are mailed at the end of June 
  • Housing apps received after May 1, get room assignments emailed by the end of July
  • No family accommodations available  
  • If you have not paid your housing deposit ($200 US) through the initial admission online process, please send it with the housing application contract as soon as possible.

St. Joseph Hall 

  • Affectionately called ‘The Joe”
  • Primarily underclassmen
  • 2 residents per room
  • Community bathrooms maintained by Environmental Services daily
  • Beds can be bunked or 2 junior lofts
  • 2nd floor-male; 3rd floor-female; 4th floor-male/female, (separate bathrooms)

Medaille Hall

  • Primarily upperclassmen-6-8 transfers get in each year
  • Most rooms are suites-single room, shared bathroom
  • Other room options-3 person rooms; double rooms; single rooms with community bathroom
  • Floors are co-ed with suites by same gender
  • Can control own heat and air conditioning all year
  • Other meal plans: full meal plan is 19 meals per week, medium meal plan is 14 meals per week, and partial meal plan is 10 meals per week.

Southwest Hall

  • Primarily upperclassmen-1-2 transfers get in each year
  • 4 person apartments-single bedrooms with shared living room, kitchen & bath
  • 3rd floor in the Fine Arts Building, co-ed with apartments by same gender
  • Heat and air conditioning controlled in each apartment
  • Furnished apartment-couch, chair, end table and 2 breakfast bar chairs
  • Meal plans available at extra cost

 

Other on-campus amenities

  • Off Campus facility within walking distance from campus
  • International ESL & Master programs - 11-1/2 month lease (August to July) for full academic year
  • 10-1/2 month lease(August-June) for graduate and non-traditional age students
  • If space is available, 9 month lease for qualified undergraduate students
  • 12 apartments with 2 single bedrooms, shared living room, kitchen & bathroom
  • Charter Cable
  • Wireless and Ethernet internet
  • Local phone line only
  • Furnished apartment-couch, chair, end table, lamp, kitchen table, kitchen table chairs
  • Bedroom furniture-bed frame, mattress, desk & chair, dresser
