Dance Marathon is a 12-hour dance-a-thon to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network (CMN). All money raised stays in the St. Louis area. Students from Fontbonne, Saint Louis University, Washington University and Webster University gather to dance, watch live musical performances and meet the children and families who benefit from CMN. Dance Marathon participates in a variety of events at Fontbonne to raise money for the event. These fundraisers include "Penny Wars", "Spikes for Tikes" and bake sales.
