Schedule for Orientation 2007 VIP – You’re on the List Friday, August 17, 2007 10am-2:30pm - Orientation Registration begins – Arnold Memorial Center 1:45pm & 2:15pm - Tour of Campus (this is optional for students and parents) – will meet in the Arnold Memorial Center. 2:30pm - Resident Parent Panel Information, Southwest Theater – FOR RESIDENT PARENTS ONLY 3:15-4:00pm - Overall Welcome – (DSAC, Gym) (All students and parents) 4:15pm - First FOCUS group meeting for ALL students – various locations 4:15pm - Parent Orientation – DSAC-Gym 5:00pm & 5:30pm - Fontbonne Parents 101 – for parents only (various locations) 5:00pm - FOCUS activity with the groups – Scavenger Hunt – for students only 6:00pm - Campus Picnic – DSAC, Gym 7:15pm - Freshman Initiation Ceremony “Catch the Fire!” – Doerr Chapel Immediately following "Catch the Fire" first year resident students have a mandatory floor meeting with their Resident Assistant (RA). Saturday, August 18, 2007 8:00am-10:30am - Continental Breakfast – Ryan Hall Dining Room (all meals are paid for during orientation) 9:00am-12:30pm - Day of Community Service “Service Saturday” (buses will be coming at 8:30am) 12:30pm-1:30pm - Lunch – AMC (FOCUS group meeting – during lunch) 1:30pm-5:30pm - “Relax you’re in college”– Medaille Meadow 4:30pm-6:30pm - Dinner – DSAC-Caf’ 5:30pm - For Residents only – Living on the Edge program – Ryan Dining Hall 8:00pm - Christopher Carter - mentalist - DSAC, Caf’ Sunday, August 19, 2007 10:30am-1:00pm - Brunch – Ryan Dining Hall 1:30pm – 4:00pm - City Museum Extravaganza (buses will be coming at 1:00pm) 4:30pm-6:30pm - Dinner – BBQ – sponsored by the Athletic Department 6pm - Welcome Mass 9pm - Late night activity – Fontbonne Frenzy – St. Joe’s First floor

(Mandatory for all first year students) – Lewis Room 10:15am-11:15am - Let's Be Real – Southwest Theater 11:15am-12:15pm - Let's Be Real (repeat) – Southwest Theater 11:15am-12:15pm - Freshman Career Foundations Seminar (repeat) – Lewis Room 12:15pm-1:30pm - Lunch with Department Chairs and Faculty “Take a Major Bite” – students will have lunch with the faculty of their major.
