You won't get lost in the shuffle here! If you live on campus, you'll find our residence halls well-equipped, comfortable, and one of the best places to make life-long friends. We offer a neighborhood environment where you can grow in self-discipline, organizational skills, effective study habits and independent living. Our atmosphere also provides the opportunity to develop study partners, support systems and lasting friendships with a diverse group of neighbors. Our campus neighborhood has both traditional student rooms and suites. Buildings housing standard rooms are St. Joseph and Medaille Halls. The third floor of Southwest Hall houses apartment-style four-person suites. Residence Halls(click on the building name for more information) St. Joseph Hall houses approximately 124 students. Males live on the second floor and females on the third and fourth floors. It is home to a mix of undergraduate students. St Joseph Hall rooms are designed to house two students per room. The furnishings include room chairs, beds, vanities, and a shared desk. The room temperature is controlled by the room occupants. Medaille Hall is designed for single occupancy. Most rooms are suites, which consist of two single rooms sharing an adjoining bathroom (residents are the same gender). Apartment-style suites house four residents and is designed with a kitchen, living room, four single bedrooms, a full bath and storage closet. Furnishings include window treatments, couch, chairs, lamps, end tables and bar stools. Off Campus Housing OptionsThis facilitiy is available for female students of upper class status. Fourteen women can be housed in this facility. The site is located in the Richmond Heights neighborhood at the intersection of Bellevue and Delta and is approximately 1.2 miles from campus. It is within walking distance of the university, retail stores, and restaurants. Common FeaturesEach hall is unique in its own way, however they all share some great features: - Vending machines are available in each residence hall.
- All resident students have a mailbox on campus. The mailboxes are located on the main floor of Medaille Hall.
- Local phone service is available in each resident’s room and is included in the price of the room. Students must provide their own touch-tone phone to access the voicemail system.
- Basic cable service is provided for the residence halls by Primetime Technical Services. Students may subscribe and pay for extended cable services by contacting the provider.
- Residents have 24-hour access to computer labs located in Medaille, St. Joseph and Southwest Halls. Students with personal computers may have Internet access in their room for a nominal fee.
- Laundry facilities are available in each hall. The cost is the same: $0.75 for both washers and dryers.
Each room in the residence halls is furnished with the following for each student: - Standard twin-size bed

- Mini blinds
