Fontbonne offers apartment-style living on campus as an exciting housing option. The nine suites are located on the third floor of newly renovated Southwest Hall. The building is also home to the fine arts department. Each suite houses four residents and is designed with a kitchen, living room, four single bedrooms, a full bath and storage closet. Furnishings include window treatments, couch, chairs, lamps, end tables and bar stools. Each resident’s room includes a twin bed with mattress and storage, dresser, desk, chair and closet. All apartments are carpeted. In addition to the suites, the floor contains laundry facilities, a computer-equipped study room, vending machines and a lounge area with TV. To be eligible to live in Southwest Hall, the following criteria must be met: - class status of sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student
- minimum G.P.A. of 2.0
Interested students must complete a separate housing application and contract for Southwest Hall. Applications are reviewed in order in which they are received.
