This is the housing costs for the FALL 2009-SPRING 2010 academic year. The cost is based on number of occupants, square footage, and bathroom accommodations. It also includes the cost of the 14-meal plan for the year. Meal cost is included in pricing for Medaille Hall and St. Joseph Hall. Southwest Hall cost does not include a meal plan. If you ever move from Southwest to Medaille or St. Joseph Hall, you are required to have a meal plan.
Residents have the option of choosing a meal plan of 10, 14, or 19 meals per week. Therefore, board prices will vary with the meal plan choice. The listed prices include the 14-meal plan. Students wishing for the 10-meal board plan should subtract $119 and students wishing for the 19-meal plan should add $98. Residents living in Medaille and St. Joseph Halls are required to have a meal plan. The meal plan is optional for Southwest residents at an additional cost.
