Where am I?
Guest and Ticket Information
Great news! We have made arrangements for the video stream of the graduation ceremony to be available in the comfort of your home! This will be extremely helpful for those family members that may not be able to attend in person. Below is the video link that can be used on Saturday to video stream the graduation ceremony directly.
It will be determined early 2014 if guest tickets will be required for entrance and seating in the Dunham Student Activity Center (DSAC) in the designated areas on the gym floor; in the bleachers; or in the Alumni Caf' on the second floor where the ceremony will be simulcast on closed circuit television. Children age two and over are required to have a ticket.
Students must have submitted the on-line RSVP to be able to participate in the ceremony.
Time(s) of the ceremonies will be determined early 2014. Guests need to be in the DSAC and seated no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please note that the entrance doors to the DSAC will be closed 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time to allow the graduates and platform party to enter. In order to keep distractions to a minimum, there will be no access to the gym seating after the processional of graduates and platform party begins; this will include those who have requested to sit in the special seating area. If there is available seating in the Caf' on the second floor at that time, guests will be escorted to the second floor. When capacity has been reached in the Caf' area, any additional guests will be directed to the on-campus video-stream area located on campus in Doerr Chapel, Ryan Hall. Please be sure that you make your guests aware of these time constraints and seating arrangements before they arrive on campus.
Special seating for the ceremony can be reserved for guests in wheelchairs, with hearing impairments or other special needs by calling 314-889-4516. Due to space restrictions, only one guest may accompany the individual in this area. Without advance notification, we may not be able to provide special accommodations the day of the ceremony.
