Great news! We have made arrangements for the video stream of the graduation ceremony to be available in the comfort of your home! This will be extremely helpful for those family members that may not be able to attend in person. Below is the video link that can be used on Saturday to video stream the graduation ceremony directly.
Guest tickets will be required for entrance and seating in the Dunham Student Activity Center (DSAC) in the designated areas on the gym floor; in the bleachers; or in the Alumni Caf' on the second floor where the ceremony will be simulcast on closed circuit television. Children age two and over are required to have a ticket.
Students must have submitted the on-line RSVP by May 1, 2015, to be able to participate in the ceremony and receive guest tickets.Tickets will become available beginning May 4, 2015. All guest tickets will be available on campus in the Student Affairs Office, Medaille Hall.

If additional tickets are desired, the graduate may request additional tickets when picking up their original guest tickets. There is no guarantee that additional tickets will become available. The decision to issue additional tickets to those that have requested them will not be made until Monday, May 11, 2015. If available, these tickets will be available to those notified by the Student Affairs Office for pick up in their office May 12, 2015 through May 15, 2015 when the office closes at 4:30pm.
There will be two ceremonies on Saturday, May 16, 2015. 10:00am for all students receiving their Masters Degree, 2:00pm for all students receiving their Bachelors Degree.
Guests need to be in the DSAC and seated no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please note that the entrance doors to the DSAC will be closed 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time to allow the graduates and platform party to enter. If there is available seating in the gym after all graduates, faculty and platform party have entered, guests will be given access to the gym until fire code capacity is met, after that guests will be directed to the CAF' on the second floor. When fire code capacity has been reached in the Caf' area, any additional guests will be directed to the on-campus video-stream area located on campus in the Lewis Room, located on the lower level of the Library. Please be sure that you make your guests aware of these time constraints and seating arrangements before they arrive on campus.
