Where am I?

Guest and Ticket Information

Great news!  We have made arrangements for the video stream of the graduation ceremony to be available in the comfort of your home!  This will be extremely helpful for those family members that may not be able to attend in person.  Below is the video link that can be used on Saturday to video stream the graduation ceremony directly.

Guest tickets  are required for entrance and seating in the Dunham Student Activity Center (DSAC) in the designated areas on the gym floor; in the bleachers; or in the Alumni Caf' on the second floor where the ceremony will be simulcast on closed circuit television.  Children age two and over are required to have a ticket.

Students must have submitted the on-line RSVP by April 29 to be registered for the allotted tickets for the ceremony.  As not all students will need their full allotment, it is anticipated that some extra tickets may be available for students who request them, although there is no guarantee.  The ceremony will also be simulcast to an alternative site on campus in Doerr Chapel, 2nd floor of Ryan Hall.  Tickets will not be necessary for your guests to go to to this live-stream location, but seating will be limited to first come, first seated basis until capacity in the room is reached.

Graduate Commencement begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.  Guests need to be in the DSAC and seated no later than 9:45 a.m.  Please note that the entrance doors to the DSAC will be closed at 9:45 a.m. to allow the graduates and platform party to enter.   In order to keep distractions to a minimum, there will be no access to the gym seating after the processional of graduates and platform party begins; this will include those who have requested to sit in the special seating area.  If there is available seating in the Caf' on the second floor at that time, guests will be escorted to the second floor.   When capacity has been reached in the Caf' area, any additional guests will be directed to the on-campus video-stream area located on campus in Doerr Chapel, Ryan Hall.  Please be sure that you make your guests aware of these time constraints and seating arrangements before they arrive on campus.
