How Do I Get the Guest Tickets?
Students who have submitted the on-line Participation Response may pick-up tickets Wednesday, May 1 through Friday, May 10, during regular office hours.
OPTIONS students should go to the Strassner location in Brentwood (Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 pm, Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). All other graduates should go to the Student Affairs Office, Medaille Hall for ticket pick up (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
Due to the expected number of participants, Graduate students who have submitted the required on-line rsvp will be allotted 8 guest tickets; Undergraduate Students who have submitted the required on-line rsvp will be allotted 6 guest tickets. Students who do not plan on using all of the allotted tickets are asked to take only the number they will need. Students who would like additional tickets may place their name and number of desired tickets on a sign-up sheet when picking up tickets at either location.
Students will be notified on Monday, May 13 if additional tickets will be available for them. The additional tickets will be available in the Student Affairs Office on the main campus May 13 - 17. There is no guarantee that additional tickets requested will be available.
The ceremony will be simulcast to alternative sites on campus. Tickets will not be necessary for your guests to go to these live-stream locations, but seating will be limited to first come, first seated basis until capacity in room is reached.
The ceremonies will also be broadcast live for your friends and loved ones that are not able to come to campus for the ceremony at video link . This link will be available for several weeks to share with your friends and loved ones.
