BOOT CAMP TRAINING (MON & WED 11:30-12:15) - JAN 23RD – FEB 29TH
Have FUN while you improve your strength, stamina, and energy – regardless of your current fitness level. Classes are supportive and challenging with a high degree of personal attention. This class will use a variety of body weight exercises, suspension training, and calisthenics to shape and firm the body. ENLIST today for a Healthier tomorrow. Class will meet upstairs on the indoor track.
CORE & MORE / TOTAL BODY TRAINING (TUES & THURS 11:30-12:15) – JAN 24TH – MARCH 1ST
Shape and firm the entire body with this fun, supportive, and energetic workout. This “SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING” class will focus on using a variety of techniques (plyowellsmetrics, free weights, stability balls, Bosu Ball, machines, and body weight exercises) in order to maximize your efforts in creating a stronger and more lean physique. Each workout will incorporate all of the major muscles of the body, including the heart. With slight variations in form, the same exercise can be appropriate for the beginner, or challenging enough for the expert. Please meet in the fitness center.
ZUMBA Dance the pounds away (TUES & THURS 4:45-5:30) JAN 24TH – MARCH 1ST
Join the party! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music combined with easy to follow dance-fitness moves, set to your own pace. This mixture creates a dynamic and effective cardiovascular and muscle toning workout. Sign-up today and dance the pounds away.
Classes cost $10 for students and $25 for Faculty and Staff. Classes will start the week Of January 23rd.
