Summer Scholars Program

Program Summary

Are you enrolling in Fontbonne University for the fall, but aren’t sure what to expect? If you’re anxious about starting school, or afraid that you won’t know what to do when you arrive, sign up for Fontbonne’s Summer Scholars Program. The college admission process can seem overwhelming — especially if you’re the first in your family to go through it. Don’t worry, you’re not alone! Participating in this special program will boost your confidence and prepare you for a successful college experience. Even if you’re not anxious or overwhelmed, the program is a great way to meet incoming and current students, faculty, and staff ready to help guide you

As a Fontbonne Summer Scholar, you’ll engage with other incoming freshmen as you navigate the transition to college life at Fontbonne University. Summer Scholars will learn strategies to increase your opportunities for a successful first year while growing and having fun in the process. The four-week program is free and the credits earned by passing both courses count toward the 120 total credits needed to graduate from Fontbonne.
