Data is one of the most valuable assets of companies, organizations and the government. It can affect scientific discovery, social interaction, political tradition, economic practice, public health and many other areas. The field of data science has emerged to address the ongoing growth of data and the need to manage and understand it.
Fontbonne University’s Master of Science in Data Science addresses society’s need for professionals who can extract meaning from data and convey the information obtained to those who need and use the information.
Please note: The GRE requirement will be waived for all Fall 2020 applicants.
Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in the vibrant St. Louis suburb of Clayton, our original, main campus is home to Fontbonne’s administrative offices, on-campus housing, the Jack C. Taylor Library, bookstore, theater, art studio and gallery, as well as classrooms, education spaces and offices.
Current Fontbonne students may apply for the M.S. in Data Science as an accelerated master’s program. The following 3 courses (9 credit hours) can be counted for both undergraduate and graduate as part of the accelarated master’s program from the Data Science, B.S.
