Unofficial Transcripts: Unofficial transcripts will not be available through Parchment. Current students with access to GriffinNet may view or print unofficial copies of their transcript by logging into GriffinNet.  On the left side, under “My Transcript” select “Letter Transcript.” Once the transcript is displayed, it can be printed using the print button on the browser. Please contact the Registrar’s office with any questions. The Registrar’s Office will not issue unofficial copies of transcripts.

  • Transcripts must be paid by credit card at the time of the order.
  • Parchment accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
  • Your card will be charged when the transcript order has been sent.

Electronic Official Transcripts are sent securely through email and will be available for download by the recipient for seven days before expiring. Please verify that the recipient information you provide is correct before finalizing your order. Fontbonne University will not be able to provide refunds for transcripts that are sent to the wrong recipient email address or for downloads that have been disabled after expiring. Electronic transcripts should be ordered to be sent directly to the intended institution or recipient in order to be considered official.
