Tuition Deposit

The purpose of the tuition deposit is to confirm your place at Fontbonne.

Paying the tuition deposit gives you priority for registration appointments and testing time slots when you arrive.

The amount will be applied to your tuition if you arrive. It will not be refunded if you do not arrive.

Fontbonne University will refund your tuition deposit if and only if your F-1 Visa Application is denied.

The amount required to confirm your enrollment is $100.

Deposit Payment Instructions

  1. Log in to your applicant status page
  2. Follow the instructions after selecting the links for “Submit Payment for…”

***Please note: all card payments must be made online and will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee or 4.25% for international credit cards. For an ACH check payment no fees will be assessed.***

Tuition and Fee Payment Information

In Person

You will be able to pay your tuition 24 hours after you officially register for courses during the Global Griffin Experience.

For new international students one of the following must be completed by July 15, 2020:

  1. Tuition and fees can be paid in full in the Cashier’s Office by cash or check (Ryan Hall, Second Floor)
  2. Tuition and fees can be paid in full online by credit or debit card (Ryan Hall, Second Floor)
  3. A payment plan must be arranged in the Cashier’s Office and must be paid online
    • This will have additional fees
    • Payment plans will be online here
    • Tuition for each semester must be paid in full before the semester ends
  4. Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) students must provide their Financial Guarantees in person to the Business Office by July 15, 2020.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Regarding Credit/Debit Card Payments

This is an important notice regarding credit/debit card payments for tuition, fees, and room and board.

Fontbonne University will no longer accept credit or debit card payments in person or over the phone.

All card payments must be made online and will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee or 4.25% for international credit cards.

The Cashier’s Office will continue to accept cash, check or money orders as payment for tuition and fees submitted in person or via the mail without the additional transaction fee.
