Room Rates

Reasonable consideration is given to the student’s request for specific accommodations, room, and roommate. However, the application contract is for space in university housing, not for a particular building, floor, room or roommate. Pricing is based on room size, occupancy, and bathroom accommodations. When necessary, placement in a triple room or on a wait list is possible. Your housing assignment is not final until approval from Financial Aid is received. If approval is not received by July 1, the resident loses priority status for room selection preference. We encourage you to retain a copy of your complete housing application contract for your record.
