End of Year Change of Address

All residents leaving campus at the end of the semester should fill out a change of address with the U.S. Post Office either online or in person at your local address. This will allow continuous mail delivery without interruptions. Summer residents do not need to fill this out. Please fill out a Change of Address for Fontbonne University below. Where do you want your mail sent? Fontbonne University will not hold postal mail over the summer. The university will send your mail to the address you list. If you are leaving permanently list a forwarding address if you are entitled to receive a housing refund. If money is owed to the university, you will not receive a refund.

Fontbonne University does not forward mail to international addresses. Please have your housing security deposit refund applied to your direct deposit account. If you do not have a direct deposit account, see a staff member in Residential Life. The Business Office will only mail your housing security deposit refund as a last resort but you must submit an address. If you owe money to the university, do not check out properly or have cleaning charges, you will not receive a housing deposit refund.
