Your success in college is at the heart of our mission. At Fontbonne, you will find a number of services designed specifically to help you as a student, and an individual. We are committed to your physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being and you will find services available to address all your needs. Whether you’re suffering form a lingering cold, stressed about your classwork or career path or just feeling out of sorts, their is a campus organization or dedicated faculty or staff member eager to assist. 

Below are just a few of the many programs and on-campus services designed to help care for you, and provide the support and guidance you seek.

Career Development

Career development is a lifelong process, and the Career Development office wants to connect you to your future goals and ideas as you develop and manage your career path, from student to alumni. The Career Development office also has resources for potential employers looking to recruit Fontbonne students and alumni.

Counseling and Wellness

The personal counselors at Fontbonne University offer support in dealing with a variety of issues and concerns. The department provides short-term professional counseling to help you face your challenges and succeed. Referrals to off-campus counseling agencies and therapists also available. Learn more about the counselors available, as well as office location and scheduling an appointment.

Health Insurance

While no plan is sponsored or endorsed by the University, all students are highly recommended to have appropriate and adequate health insurance coverage. Find a list of potential insurance providers, as well as the University’s policies regarding insurance mandates for student athletes and international students. Student Health Services

The campus nurse provides health care, health education and referrals to other resources which can help students deal with illnesses and injuries, maintain and improve their overall physical and emotional health.

Sexual Misconduct

Fontbonne University is committed to a safe and healthy campus environment. Learn more about how the University defines sexual misconduct and relationship violence, as well as how to report a sexual misconduct violation, and the University’s policies regarding prevention and resolution.

Tuberculosis Screening

Take the tuberculosis screening questionnaire to determine whether or not actual blood testing is necessary for you. Required of all new University students and employees as mandated by the State of Missouri. For more information contact Health Services, nurse@fontbonne.edu.

Overall Policy

For example, we collect information about the domain names of servers that bring visitors to our site. We count the number of visitors and keep track of where they go on our site. Such information allows us to find out what areas users visit most frequently and what services they access the most, which enables us to create a better overall user experience. To gather such data, we use cookie technology, which collects data in aggregate form, not by individual user.

As referenced above, we use cookie technology for traffic analysis. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. The cookies placed by our server do not gather personal information about you, do not provide any way for us to contact you and do not gather information about your computer. The cookies simply allow us to enhance our site by letting us know what sections are visited most often.
