Success Stories

From July 2021-June,2022, Fontbonne graduates had an overall career outcome rate of 89% for Bachelor’s degree earners, 93% for Graduate degree earners, and 100% for Doctoral degree earners.

What is a Career Outcome Rate?

Career Outcome Rate is the % of successful career outcomes as defined by NACE, divided by the number of degree recipients for whom status is known – not including those who are not seeking education or employment.  Alumni that responded were either employed, enrolled in a graduate or professional school, participating in service, serving the military, or not seeking employment within 6 months of their Fontbonne graduation

How do we gather our Career Outcome Data?

Fontbonne University conducts ongoing Alumni surveys and reports its finding annually using the National Association of Colleges and Employers First Destination reporting methods NACE. The results are compiled into an annual report for the fiscal year.  Fontbonne Universities’ primary research methods include a survey of graduates administered via electronic forms at the commencement ceremonies, student emails, Handshake, Faculty Outreach, and Linked In.

From July  2021- May 2022, 74% of Fontbonne graduates responded to the survey.
