Students Help Ferguson Business

Fontbonne University students are playing a role in helping a business in Ferguson, Mo., recover from an economic downturn after the shooting death of Michael Brown last summer and the protests that followed.

Efforts by the group have not gone unnoticed. Local CBS-TV affiliate KMOV Channel 4 highlighted the Fontbonne students during a recent visit to Ferguson. The “hands-on” effort by the students is a reflection of Fontbonne University's commitment to experiential learning outside of the classroom.
