    Fontbonne launches innovative Ed.D. degree program   
 

The College of Education and Allied Health Professions expands its degree program with a doctorate in education (Ed.D.) in Collaborative High Impact Instruction. 

 

Students will apply evidence-based, high-impact education practices to affect change in diverse communities and develop culturally responsive and inclusive skills. New cohorts begin each summer. Applicants must hold a master's degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.

    The Fabulous Motown Revue to play Fontbonne Prom  
 

The Fabulous Motown Revue will play for the gala crowd at the Fontbonne Prom: A Scholarship Fundraising Gala on May 19.

 

The 16-piece group features three female vocalists and four male vocalists, along with a full band. The high-energy entertainers have played nationwide, including with Grammy Award-winner Sheryl Crow. The band plays R&B, disco, top 40 and Motown.

    Get a pick-me-up at the new Fontbonne Coffeehouse  
 

Located in the lobby of the Jack C. Taylor Library, the new Fontbonne Coffeehouse is open for business. It serves Starbucks coffees and teas. There also are snacks for sale.

 

Campus food-service provider Aladdin donated the facility to create a new gathering space on campus. There are specials every day this week to celebrate the grand opening. 

 

SCHOOL YEAR HOURS:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Saturday: Closed

Sunday:  1 – 6 p.m.

Women's cross country team scores highest division GPA

 
 

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association announced the All-Academic Teams and the Griffin women's cross country team were honored for having the highest cumulative team GPA in Division III.

To qualify for this award, teams had to have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 or better. The Fontbonne women’s rose from 3.59 last season to 3.94 this year.

Men's basketball team breaks school record for scoring

Easter Egg Hunt
Sunday, March 18

10 a.m. – Mass

11 a.m. – Donuts and coffee with the Easter Bunny

11:30 a.m. – Hunts begin

 

Hop back to campus for the third annual Easter Egg Hunt. There will be hunts for different age groups, craft stations and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny!
