Housing that Fits Your Style

Our campus community has both traditional student rooms and suites. Standard double rooms are available in St. Joseph Hall, which houses mostly first time and second year residents. Medaille Hall offers variety, with single rooms, suites, triple rooms and double rooms. Carondelet Hall features apartment-style four-person suites on the third floor of the Fine Arts building. East Building offers single rooms up to quad rooms and serve as an interprofessional living-learning community for students studying Nursing, Dietetics and Communication Disorders and Deaf Education. Current residents have the opportunity to choose rooms in the spring semester for the following fall.

Priority placement is given to new applications (with a paid deposit) received before May 1. Room assignments are sent out at the end of June. If you apply after May 1, room assignments are sent at the end of July. You must be registered for classes to receive a room assignment. Fall housing application contracts are for the full academic year.
