Griffins Obtaining Leadership Development (GOLD) is a program designed to shape and guide Fontbonne Students into excellent Leaders.
Year One: Program on Why
Year Two and Three: SAIL and Fontbonne Day
Year Four: Senior Exit Day
Throughout all years students should be participating in campus organizations, internships, and community service projects that align with GOLD Outcomes.
Students who complete the program will have the unique understanding of self, their motivations, working collaboratively, and diversity. Those who achieve G.O.L.D. status will be acknowledged at the Leadership and Service Awards and commencement by receiving a Gold graduation cord.
Students who complete the GOLD Program (achieve GOLD status) must demonstrate that they meet and understand the following competencies:

Related Programs and Experiences: Relevant campus organizations, internships, and community service projects.
During the Senior Legacy Symposium, students will synthesize their leadership development journey into a portfolio and present it to a committee of faculty and staff. This portfolio will serve as a storybook to describe your leadership development journey and impact you have had on Fontbonne’s campus.
