As my final year at Fontbonne approaches, my experience here is something I will carry with me forever. From gaining my first job to being a part of Sigma Tau Delta to this internship. I can say Fontbonne is the place where you grow take on opportunities you never thought you would have and do things you never thought you would do.
The LACE staff has been imperative in my success. They have pushed me to join different organizations. They have encouraged me not to be afraid to be my potential and my leadership. They have always supported me, both inside the organization itself and in my personal life. They have inspired me to continue to do what I love and to continue to push myself to be my best.
I am a student ambassador and the student Government Representative for Fontbonne International Student Alliance (FISA), one of the clubs at Fontbonne. The beautiful thing about clubs here at Fontbonne is you are not limited. I am not an international student, but I fell in love with the mission and the vision of FISA and applied to represent it. I also attend every event possible on campus, so I am a member of other clubs such as psychology, social work, and more.

As a Fontbonne alumna, I fondly remember my experience as a student. Now, as the Special Advisor to the President for DEI, I’m excited to welcome you to our family. I have been the Senior Director of Leadership and Engagement for 9 years. I was drawn towards universities that were focused on service and bolstered a close-knit community. I take great pride in watching my student leaders grow their skills and dedication to philanthropy. Being involved allows a student to connect directly with the university culture and carve out their own special place within the community.
