Facility Rental at Fontbonne University
Fontbonne University’s historic campus is beautifully landscaped and centrally located to many unique St. Louis attractions. All of our buildings are Wi-Fi enabled with modern technological capabilities. The campus is within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacies, a beautiful park, and have ample parking and easy access to public transit.
Campus facilities are available for weddings and receptions, athletic and academic tournaments, summer camps, recitals, business meetings, private parties, educational seminars and fundraisers. We are also equipped to provide overnight lodging and dining services for groups visiting St. Louis to attend national conventions and other activities being held in our area.
Additional amenities available for facility rentals include:

If your organization has a unique need, additional services may be arranged upon request. We will make every effort to meet your needs.
Facility rentals are available for the months of June and July. We regret that we cannot offer rental services during the academic year when students are on campus and classes are in session.

The university reserves the right to rent to individuals and organizations that are in support of its mission and values as determined by the university in its sole discretion.

- Meal prices are based on number of people and menu selected by the group.
- Housekeeping services are available on a per hour, per person basis
- Up to 170 folding chairs are included in rental fees. Rental, delivery, set up and removal of additional chairs is the responsibility of the renter.
*The maximum capacity of the aerobics room is 88. If several tables are to be added, the capacity will decrease. Please contact us for more information.

About the spaces
The Arnold Memorial Center is located on the first floor of Medaille Hall. This spacious area has an open flow and features plenty of natural light during daylight hours.
The Martha Mary Hatch Doerr Chapel is an ideal location for weddings, baptisms and services for groups of 235 or fewer. Located on the second floor of Ryan Hall, the traditional chapel’s layout can be rearranged to meet your specific needs.
Perfect for workshops, lectures and group collaboration. Able to support various technological needs.
The dining hall is a large space located on the first floor of Ryan Hall, leading directly out to Golden Meadow. Many tables and chairs occupy the space, and can be re-arranged to fit your group’s particular needs. A great option for a luncheon or networking event.
Double-occupancy rooms feature two single beds, desks, chairs, closets and wardrobes. A communal bathroom is on each floor.
Fontbonne also has suites, which feature single-occupancy rooms and share an adjoining bathroom with one other room.
Apartments on campus house four at a time, with single-occupancy bedrooms and a communal kitchen, bathroom, living room and storage closet.
The Lewis Room
The Lewis Room is one of the largest spaces on campus. Located on the ground floor of the Jack C. Taylor Library, this space features permanent seating and a spacious stage. The Lewis Room is a great option for a film viewing, lecture or panel discussion.
The board room is best suited for committee meetings or small receptions. This room features a large screen, projector and a spacious board room table.
The Stroble Room is located on the second floor of the Jack C. Taylor Library. Similar to the board room, it is equipped with a projector, large screen, spacious board room-style table and would be a great option for a committee meeting or small reception.
Fontbonne’s gym can be used for countless types of events: athletic camps and games, expos, conventions, interactive exhibits, performances, festivals, competitions and more! Tables and chairs can be set up, or bleachers can seat up to 1,500 guests.
The café is an open, spacious area with ample seating and tables that can be rearranged to meet your group’s needs. A platform can be set up for feature speakers or presentations as well as a large screen with projector. This space is ideal for luncheons, presentations and small receptions.
The aerobics room is a spacious option for meetings and presentations. Tables and chairs can be added and arranged to meet your needs.
The entire DSAC building is also available for rental.
