Health insurance regulations in the United States are very complex. Medical costs in the United States are very expensive. But, maintaining a healthy campus helps students stay in class and succeed. That’s why every Fontbonne student is required to have health insurance and the appropriate, state regulated vaccinations.
Fontbonne University requires all international students on F-1 visas to enroll in the university international student health insurance plan.
(Exception is for those students who have health insurance sponsored and provided by their home country’s government.)
Immunization/Vaccinations and health screenings are very important to keep not only students receiving the immunization healthy but to keep the university community and public at large healthy.
Please read below for information on health insurance and immunization/vaccinations required at Fontbonne University.
